Held annually in December in Abu Dhabi, UAE, La Cuisine SIAL is the biggest and most prestigious food show in the region. Every year the show hosts a competition for the young chefs, organized by The Emirates Culinary Guild and World Association of Chefs Societies, where new emerging talents are competing to be named the best by the panel of Michelin-star judges. On Dec 10-12, 2018 Badia Farms presented a class on Tapas, Finger Food and Canapes and handed awards to the winners in a closing ceremony. We approached this video with a core idea of 'Food as High Fashion' concept, hence the flashy haute couture style and sound design/score.
